Standards don't wait.
Every SOF prep program trains the body. Selection is decided by the mind. Day Zero is the daily operating system for the part nobody's building — sleep, standards, mindset, and the mental work that gets you through Day Zero and every day after it.
SECTION 01 — THE GAP
Most candidates who ring the bell were strong enough to make it.
They just weren't ready. The physical bar is real, but it isn't what decides who stays. What decides it is what happens when the body stops being the hard part — cold, sleep-deprived, no end time in sight, and the standard doesn't care how you feel about it.
That's not a fitness problem. Every program in this space optimizes the wrong variable. They'll get you strong. They won't get you ready.
SECTION 02 — THE SYSTEM
A daily operating system, not another training plan.
Day Zero runs alongside whatever program is building your body. It's the layer that builds the rest of you — the discipline that shows up before selection ever starts, and the standards that don't lower themselves for a bad night's sleep.
